During his high school years, Dan Hoffman discovered a passion for drafting and architectural design world.  His passion and natural abilities allowed him to start his own business in providing custom residential home plans for a local builder during his collage years.  Dan has spent 30 years working in the architectural field and eventually becoming a project manager and overseeing projects from initial design phase to construction management phase.

His background and understanding in the architectural industry, provides a great wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial building design and construction.  This background provides a natural fit with the residential and commercial inspection industry.  He likes the investigative aspect of each inspection and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to teach clients about the property.  His passion now is providing peace of mind for home buyers in documenting comprehensive and accurate reports, identifying any major issues, maintenance issues and safety concerns.
